2018 Growth & Infrastructure Consortium

2018 Growth and Infrastructure Consortium Annual Conference which will be held from October 24th – October 26th at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona. The conference sessions have been approved by the American Planning Association for AICP CM credits. Attendees may earn up to 12.5 AICP CM credits by attending sessions.

Conference Program

During this year’s conference there will be an opening reception on Wednesday evening, sessions all day Thursday, a Thursday evening networking dinner, and sessions on Friday until early afternoon. It will also include a planning officials training Wednesday before the conference, and a pub crawl Friday evening. The draft program is now available HERE

Conference Registration

The registration fee for the Oct. 24-26,conference is $325 before September 22, $375 after. Registration entitles attendees to free admission to the pre-conference planning officials training, the opening reception, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and dinner Thursday evening. Hotel

The conference rate at the Hotel Valley Ho is $199 per night, plus tax. The non-conference rate is currently $340 pre-paid. This rate is only good until September 26 and our room block is limited, so make your reservation early! The link to the hotel reservation site is on the lodging tab of the conference registration site (see link above).

The hotel, located in historic downtown Scottsdale, is at 6850 East Main Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. You can call them at 480-376-2600. Parking at the hotel is $18 per day, plus tax.
