The Southwestern Region of the United States is home to a variety of cultures, towns, and art forms that span across the Rocky Mountains and beyond. But how can a culture thrive economically based on its art and traditions while maintaining equity across this vast regional spectrum of Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Utah?
Key topics will explore entrepreneurship, funding, and equity in mountain communities, frontier towns, and latino communities. Planners, activists, gallery owners, universities, municipal arts departments, social practice artists, and Main Street Organizations are encouraged to register.
