A Talk with Eric Kronberg

Wednesday, October 18th, 5-7pm
1420 N. Ogden Street

Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) is pleased to announce it will be partnering with the Congress for the New Urbanism Colorado (CNU) to present Eric Kronberg of KronbergWall Architects as he shares urban redevelopment tools. The event will take place on October 18th form 5:00-7:00 PM, 1420 N. Ogden Street. CNU Colorado and DCI will showcase a roadmap to help folks work through building code hurdles for a typical, two-story main street type building. Eric will also share a companion presentation to provide an honest, in depth look at ADA requirements for renovations to existing buildings.

The event features our speaker Eric Kronberg, a principle architect at KronbergWall Architects. Eric understands the challenges of attempting to renovate a building built 50-100 years ago. He has developed some tools to overcome a range of zoning and financing obstacles only to get bogged down by building code and ADA requirements intended for new construction. Eric is excited to share some thoughts and expand the conversation on what to expect and how to best get through many of these issues. Eric graduated from the Tulane School of Architecture in new Orleans. Since then, he has worked in Louisiana, Florida, and georgia
