Job Description

Exciting opportunity at Adams County! The Homelessness Outreach Liaison is responsible for assisting in the coordination, creation, implementation, and oversight of services and programs for citizens dealing with homelessness. This position reports to the Poverty Reduction and Neighborhood Outreach Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of direct service or administration of homelessness prevention programs and general housing services, or direct service delivery with increasingly responsible programmatic experience in a public or non-profit environment.

Education and Training:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, human services, community development, urban and regional planning or a related field.
Master's Degree preferred.

License or Certificate: Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's license.

Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
