The Awards Committee meets as needed during the nomination and review time frame. Typically, the Committee will meet in February to discuss that year's "Call for Nominations" then again in March when the nominations are distributed for review. After nominations have been received, Committee members participate in conference calls to discuss the submittals. A few final conference calls are held in June-September to coordinate the Awards Reception at the APA Colorado State Conference.
