The APA Colorado Legislative Committee will be meeting on Monday, January 13 at 6:00 pm at the FasTracks office, located at 1560 Broadway, 6th Floor. Participants are welcome to join the meeting in person or by conference call. A conference call number will be provided next Monday, on the day of the meeting.

The agenda will include:

• a review and potential action on an updated legislative agenda for APA Colorado based on the survey results last fall
• discussion of potential Tax Increment Financing Legislation
• potential Cluster Development Legislation, and
• discussion of the 2014 Legislative Session and any bills which have be introduced this week.
