Logan Simpson’s community planning work draws on the strengths of each individual community and the voices of their citizens. We translate what we hear to implementable planning documents that are politically supportable. Logan Simpson’s planners have prepared general land use and special-purpose plans in urban, suburban, and rural settings. We have prepared sensitive area plans for recreation and open space; watershed and habitat protection; hazardous areas; and historic districts. Logan Simpson planners are also experienced in drafting, revising, and updating a wide variety of land use regulations, including zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and special-purpose regulations. They also work with land-management agencies to develop and update land management and resource plans.
