Hello everyone I would like welcome you to the new Colorado APA web-site. Many of you do not know me but I have been a Land Use Planner in Colorado for over thirty years. I have worked in three urban counties and have help changed the fabric of the region without making a political decision. I have guided and help many planners from the start of their careers to hiring experienced and excellent professionals planners. I have fortunate to work with some of the best and have never forgotten how lucky I have been to be parts of the planning for the region. The land use changes have been interesting and rewarding, and continue to be a challenge.

Now I am continuing my quest and have accepted the nomination as the Western Planning Liaison for Colorado APA. Hopefully, now I will be able to challenge the Professional Planners of Colorado to new and interesting issues and concerns that are similar to what other planners within the western states are experiencing and that we are experiencing within the state.
